Our Support Policy
Each theme comes with it’s own extensive documentation and complete with screenshots. Many support related questions can be answered simply by reading the documentation. So, please take the time to read through the documentation included in the theme zip package.
We’re based in Egypt and we offer support on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 CET (GMT+2). Depending on time differences please allow up to ~18 hours for us to get back to you.
Support for our items includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme and its features
- Fixing bugs and reported issues in a fresh theme install
- Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new WordPress versions
- Help working with the theme, in case it’s not covered in the documentation
Item support does not include:
- Customization and installation services
- Support for third party software and plug-ins
- Adding new functionality to theme
- Fixing errors which may occur after theme customization
- “Learning WordPress” – general, core related, support and how to’s (please, use wordpress.org forums for that)
Where to find documentation?
From http://themeforest.net/downloads download ‘All files & Documentation’ .zip file. Documentation folder is in this (downloaded) zip file. Unzip the folder and open index.html.
We do our best to answer all support requests daily during the business week. Here are some tips to get the most efficient and timely support:
- Make sure and check theme’s documentation.
- Provide descriptive and relevant information.
- Provide a link to your site.
- Make sure question is theme-specific.
- Please keep in mind that we cannot provide customization and support for 3rd party plugins
- Don’t abuse support and don’t take advantage of our speedy response times.
